The move tool in my Photoshop stopped working. It does move stuff around but it doesn't highlight the element like I am not able to click on it and resize anything. Like, I click on the layer I need to work on and it doesn't highlight it, and I am not able to do anything besides move it- for example if I add a logo to a picture, I am not able to make the logo smaller or bigger. It's like it's partially frozen? I have changed any settings, it just happened all of a sudden. help!
